Common questions

Before we begin.

Does an enquiry make us an approved partner?

No. An introduction starts a review. Approval, authorisation and the cooperation scope must be confirmed separately in writing.

Will CRINEO cover all advertising costs?

Marketing activities and contributions are agreed for each partnership. We discuss budgets, responsibilities and permission to use your brand and product materials before promotion begins.

Can we discuss exclusive representation?

You may propose it. Any territory, targets, duration and exclusivity require a separate commercial assessment and written agreement.

Which markets can we explore?

CRINEO welcomes international proposals. The markets for each collaboration depend on product suitability, customer requirements and the agreed operational scope.
