Review your quotation
Check the proposed product, service fee, scope and terms before you decide. The final freight charge is confirmed when the goods reach the shipping warehouse and actual chargeable weight or volume and the current rate are available.

Confirm payment and order
No upfront payment is required for the sourcing stage. Full payment, including the agreed service fee, is due before purchase. After payment is confirmed, you have 12 hours to request order-list changes; after that, the order is sealed for both you and CRINEO.

Procurement and checks
CRINEO coordinates the confirmed purchase. If inspection or verification is part of your arrangement, it is coordinated before the goods move onward.

Consolidation, shipping and delivery
Goods can be received from multiple suppliers and organized for shipment. Freight and final delivery follow the route and arrangement agreed for your order.
