IDENTITY & TRUST

Verify a CRINEO staff member

Enter the staff ID printed on their card to check their identity and current authorization status. No account is required.

Check that you are visiting www.crineoint.com or crineoint.com. A copied ID or screenshot is not proof of current authorization.

How to verify a staff member

Follow every step before relying on a representative’s identity or authority. An online record alone does not complete the verification process.

  1. Request both sides of the staff ID

Ask the representative to present or share clear views of both the front and back of their CRINEO staff ID card. The name, photograph, complete staff ID number and verification QR code must be readable.

  2. Complete a mandatory live video call

A live video call is mandatory when a customer or member of the public requests staff verification. Every CRINEO staff member must cooperate, show their face clearly and present both sides of their staff ID during the call.

Staff must not refuse, deliberately avoid or obstruct a legitimate verification video call. If a genuine technical problem or temporary unavailability prevents the call, the staff member must explain the issue and promptly arrange another time. Verification remains incomplete until the video call is completed.

Compare the person’s face and card details with the official online result. If no approved photograph is available online, request further confirmation directly from CRINEO. If a representative refuses or repeatedly avoids the call, pause business dealings and report the matter using the official company contacts below.

  3. Open the official verification page

Visit www.crineoint.com/verify-staff or scan the card’s QR code. Confirm the website address is www.crineoint.com or crineoint.com before entering an ID.

  4. Enter the complete staff ID

Enter the number, for example CRI-0001, in the form below and select Verify staff. Check each representative individually.

  5. Compare the returned details

Compare the full name, approved photograph where available, staff ID, position, department, staff phone number, email and current status against the person and both sides of the card. Review the digital card front and back where displayed. A matching number alone does not prove that the person presenting it is its rightful holder.

  6. Read the current status

    Active — Verified
The record confirms active staff status. Confirm separately that the person is authorized for your particular transaction.
    Appointment Confirmed — Awaiting Start
The individual has been appointed but has not commenced active duties. Contact CRINEO before conducting business with them.
    Not Currently Authorized
Do not proceed through the person as a CRINEO representative. Contact the company for clarification.
    No Matching Record
Check the number and try again. If unchanged, contact CRINEO before proceeding.
    Verification Temporarily Unavailable
Verification has not been completed. Try later or contact CRINEO directly.
  7. Confirm transaction authority

Verification does not automatically authorize a staff member to receive payments, provide alternative payment instructions, sign contracts, make commitments, or approve discounts, refunds, guarantees or changes to company terms. Confirm payment instructions and significant commitments directly with CRINEO through its official company contacts.

  8. Report discrepancies

Pause the transaction if the person, photograph, card, live result or claims do not match. Report suspected impersonation, altered cards, unusual payment requests or refusal to cooperate with verification to CRINEO.

Always check the live result. A printed card, digital card, QR code or screenshot may be copied and does not by itself prove current authorization. Use published staff contacts for legitimate business verification only.

For example, CRI-0001. Individual checks only.

Checks are counted with an anonymous browser-session identifier and an approximate network country, region or city where available. Estimates can be inaccurate. Optional visitor details and device location are never required. Records are retained for up to 90 days. Privacy information.
