Share your report
Before submitting
- Choose the report type and give your report a clear title.
- Identify the date, location, webpage or activity concerned. Include relevant people or reference numbers where needed.
- Write a factual explanation of what happened, what you observed or the work completed. State the assistance, decision or action you need.
- For visible website errors, attach a screenshot when available, or explain why one is unavailable. For general reports, evidence is optional: you can submit a written explanation alone or add relevant photos and PDF documents.
- Hide passwords, OTP codes, bank details and unrelated personal information in attachments. Submit once and use your timeline for follow-ups. You can request a voice call after submitting.
Your report is private to you and the Administrator. HR, supervisors and other staff do not automatically receive access. For immediate assistance, call +233 30 398 4100. Improvement ideas can still be shared through the separate Suggestions Centre.
